All orders are shipped from our Thailand fulfillment centers under controlled conditions.
How do you ship orders?
We use trusted national carriers with full tracking provided for every shipment.
Are shipments discreet?
Yes, all packages are plain, unbranded, and do not reference peptides or Aura Labs on the exterior.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. Aura Labs ships within Thailand only.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of ฿800 on all orders across Thailand. Free shipping on all orders over ฿3,000.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders dispatch within 24 hours. Delivery typically ranges from 1–5 business days depending on your location in Thailand.

What payment methods do you accept?
Aura Labs currently accepts debit or credit card or crypto (USDC & USDT) with a 15% product-subtotal discount. Cash on delivery for Bangkok is coming soon.
Why are your prices competitive?
We work directly with GMP-certified manufacturers and maintain efficient logistics to keep prices fair without compromising quality.
Do you offer refunds?
For product safety and integrity, all peptide sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours and we will correct the issue.

How do I reconstitute peptides?

Can I have your peptides tested?
Yes, customers may independently submit samples for purity verification. A certificate of analysis is available for every batch.

Yes, each vial includes an expiration date label for tracking.
